My biggest pet peeve...

... is actually a small annoyance, but it happens so often it drives me crazy. People here have no subway etiquette. Let me get off the train, or I will push you out of the way. Hard. I don't care if you're a little old lady or a big burly man. Let me exit, or you will meet my pointy elbow.

Around the house

What I'm wearing today:

Pink and white tank top with this beautiful print

The ugliest but most comfy platform-ish shoes ever... Skecher Shape-Ups!
(Spice Girls foot pose not included)

Ripped torn jeans (and another rocking Spice Girls pose)

Pink mini-scrunchie for my bad hair-day

And a lovely lip-balm (picture of chapped lips won't be put up here...)

Lovely day for pink, my darlings ;)

So much snow

I have decided to blog partially because I consider myself a bit of a publicity whore. Partially because I have some things in my life I need to process, blogging helps me do this. But I guess the main reason is because I really do love writing. Not in the journalistic sense, just in general. The only problem is, I haven't written anything proper in years, so I'm counting on a bit of stumbling around in the beginning.
I have decided to start reading books again, as, technically, it is my second love after writing. Starting off with this one:

I read it several years ago (2001 to be exact) in English. I've had the Spanish version lying around for a while, so now I've decided to start and finish the damn thing.

Enjoy the snow, those of you who can!
Un beso

Another new beginning

So we all need a new start sometimes. What I've been through lately has been exhausting, but I will continue on with my strange life.
On to other matters, here's what I've been doing with my chill weekend:

Played with my new Jersey Shore iPhone Application...

Fake tans are great:

Put all of my CDs and some books away for storage:

In order to do that, I digitized the music I wanted and put it on my iPhone. Since this laptop is kinda crappy, I had to use an old external CD station (which, by the way, was superior in speed...):

I have also reorganized most of my shoes...

and all of my books...

In my opinion, my weekend has been quite productive, considering I'm still quite sick.  Having fixed these things, I definitely feel refreshed and ready for a new week... nice!

The only bad thing I have these really bad food cravings I just can't seem to shake! Candy, pasta and red meat, please!

Gosh my life sucks atm.

Dear Diary.
You prolly dont know the feeling, but sometimes you get just that feeling. The feeling that youd be better off without a family. Sure, your life depends on your fam, but your mental health will be destroyed by that very same thing. Sounds crazy, huh? Well, thats how it feels for me. Im going through some tough times. Working is hard; the aircondition isnt working and people keep expecting you to speak their language. Well, I do most often speak the language, but do they smile at ya? No, they look at you with their sour-puss faces to cheer nothing. Quarreling in the "family estate". Im so glad Im leaving this house again soon, but yet I am scared cuz I am playing the role of the glue. I always have been the glue of my family, yet I have always felt no need for this family. Contradictory, I love my family, but I need distance. They need to mend their own tapestries. Gosh, cheesy lines today... I hope this summer brings me salvation in one form or another, so that I can truly start over. Maybe I should move abroad (to my own motherland... haha), change my name and cut my bonds. At times, looking at how I live now, it is tempting. Well, off to bed.

I want Primp pony leggings!

Dear Diary.
Feeling swell. Tomorrow off and then back to work. Been off for 2 weeks, it felt so good... Well, Rome next, thats what I like to say. Going to Romell be a blast. Hopefully. I try not to look too much forward to it, because that leads to disappointment. M has said hell come to visit me there, now Im just waiting for the e-mail that confirms that fact. Ive figured I have to chase the Italian men away from my sister, then again, I just might have to chase them away period. Yeah, 2 blonde, similar-looking, Norwegian-speaking girls wandering around Rome. Thatll be swell. Cant hardly wait! Im standing at a crossroads with my studies. To keep on studying, or not to. Ah, time will tell.
(Below, some stuff I want to buy!!!)

yayaya nothing interesting

Dear Diary.
New entry. Lifes been going well lately, with the exception of bad weather, a sister with a split personality, etc. I really miss Orlando and the hot weather it does have, but life goes on and so do I. Rome in Julyll be awesome. Cant hardly wait. Well, I better get back to studying Latin. Yawnathon deluxe.
